Currently plans are in place for initiatives to continue the development of ARTE MORIS students and to benefit the community. These initiatives include planning for:
· Continuing to expand on opportunities for teachers and students from all over East Timor to participate in workshops, including workshops for orphans & disadvantaged people. · Expand opportunities for foreign artists to hold workshops with our students. · Production of artistic works such as murals to enhance public facilities such as hospitals and local orphanages. · Dili based students to be sent to the districts to give workshops and do mural paintings with students local to each district. · Exhibitions overseas and expansion of master class / lecture series from visiting international artists and arts professionals · To attract more international professionals for art related tuition · To consolidate existing international collaboration · To expand international exchanges and possibilities for our senior students to participate in courses · Tony (José de Jesus Amaral) has obtained a scholarship for English Language Culture Centre TAFE Sydney Institute, continues with art study at National Art School Sydney in July 2007 · Mong (Simao Cardoso Pereira) is invited by the RTSI (Swiss Italian Radio and Television) to present and promote Arte Moris in Switzerland, accompanied by Luca Gansser in June 2007 · Arte Moris Exhibition in occasion of the Annual Sister City Meeting in Darwin, Australia · Students to follow courses at the Charles Darwin University, Darwin, Australia in September 2007 · Exhibition at Galleria Weiss in Tremona, Ticino, Switzerland, in December 2007 · To continue the set up of the new Arte Moris branch in Baucau, Timor Leste
